Alva’s Attic is looking for higher end women’s clothing, accessories and home decor.

* Please make note – we take in a limited number of items to accommodate more consigners and to assure a variety of styles and sizes. Variety is the spice of life! Thanks for understanding.
** Please understand we cannot go through your bag or car … to pick out the items – be ready with the items you think will sell and are prepared for selling – if we do not accept any items we cannot take in replacement items.
Clothing
- Drop off up to 7 items.
This includes clothing, pieces of jewelry, shoes, and home decor - The 7 items should be preselected and ready to leave folded in a tote bag. Please refrain from using hangers, trash bags, plastic bins, boxes, safety pins, straight pins or elastic bands.
- Item condition: Check for pilling, holes, wear marks, and stains – check for underarm condition.
- Items are clean: Free of odor, musty smells, smoke, heavy perfume or detergent scent, pet hair, etc. – (tricky odors are moth balls and smoke – if noticeable we will need to return)
- Items are ready to sell: Freshly laundered / folded / wrinkle free / steamed / ironed.
- Item quality: Lower quality fast fashion brands may not be accepted: Old Navy, Target, Walmart, H&M, Forever 21, Shein.
Please no hangers unless a long formal dress
Shoes
- Good condition or better, gently worn soles, subtle wear marks
- Clean, dust free uppers and soles.
- Original box or dust cover is a plus!
- Shoes in box/bag with your identification form with Full Name, Email, Phone Number and drop off date.
Jewelry
- Clean, dust free – no need to polish.
- Each item should be untangled, and in separate bags or container.
- Include any details about the item such as the materials, year made or manufacturer.
Home Decor
- Small home decor items in like new condition – coastal themes, lamps, photos, art, holiday pieces.
- Clean and dust free – no need to polish or refinish.
- Check and document any damage, chips, cracks, flaws.
- In sturdy bins or box.
- Attach clear identification to item with Full Name, Email, Phone Number and drop off date.
Consignment Terms
Drop off must include identification form in your bag or box.
Provide your: Full Name, Email, Phone Number and drop off date – with tote, not on each item.
Dropped off items are exclusively sold by Alva’s Attic and cannot be sold online or any other marketplaces while in our possession.
Drop off items will be processed as soon as possible and put on the floor for sale – off season items will be returned for the appropriate selling season.
Pricing will be determined by Alva’s Attic – pricing will be competitively priced within the resale market trends.
All items are subject to price reductions when deemed necessary by Alva’s Attic.
60% of selling price will be retained by Alva’s Attic.
Alva’s Attic will do our best to protect your items – We assume no liability for the loss, damage or destruction of any consigned items.
Imperfect merchandise that is too worn, in need of repair or cleaning will be returned or donated.
We reserve the right to refuse items that are – to worn, damaged, not authentic and or an undesired brand – these items will be returned or donated at the discretion of Alva’s Attic.
When your items are priced and tagged you will receive an email documenting date and price – after that consignor is responsible for checking with Alva’s Attic on the status of their account: call, email or stop in.
Upon completion of the 60-day selling term – if you choose to collect unsold items in lieu of donating, you are responsible for collecting your unsold pieces. If left for too long your items may be donated without notice.
After 75 days items not collected will become property of Alva’s Attic and will be responsibly donated.

Thank you to those that made it in – we are full and will be processing the drop offs as quickly as possible.
